Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

  • For fishing and canoeing packages: a minimum deposit of $150.00 US per person is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
  • For hunting and custom packages: a minimum deposit of $500.00 US per person is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
  • The remainder of amount owed must be paid no later than two weeks prior to your trip.  
  • Cancellation must be made in writing and received no later than 2 weeks prior to your trip to be eligible to receive a refund of payments made minus the minimum deposit required
  • Please note that prices do not include Canadian federal or provincial taxes. Taxes charged are 13% HST (federal portion refundable at the border - subject to current laws)
